My first Saiyuki fan art.
It's been almost 7 years and it's only now that I decided to make a fan art of Saiyuki. I guess I was just too scared back then to make one because I might not do Minekura justice. But now I think it's about time to make one.
Sanzo freed Goku from his prison in the mountains. And brought him to a world 'much brighter than the sun'. Goku is once more reunited with his reincarnated friends after 500 years. And didn't even know it.
The color of the clothes here are purely made up. Except Sanzo's. That's what happens when I only have a copy of the burial arc in manga form.
